These Terms Govern Your Use of the Pawsware Platform and Its Services. By Using the Platform You Agree to These Terms in Full. This is Placeholder Draft Copy and Will be Replaced with the Final Legal Text before Launch.
2.Clinic Accounts & Verification
Clinics Register by Verifying Their Commercial Registration, Veterinary Clinic License, and VAT Number. The Clinic Manager Remains Responsible for the Accuracy, Validity, and Upkeep of the Vet Credentials Linked to the Clinic Account.
3.Credential Responsibility
The Manager Acknowledges Sole Responsibility for the Validity of the Professional Information of Vets Practicing at the Clinic. Pawsware May Suspend or Terminate Any Account Found to Contain Inaccurate Data.
4.Subscriptions & Payments
The "AI Biometric ID" Add-on is Sold on the Web as a Monthly or Annual Subscription and May be Cancelled Anytime. Displayed Prices are in Saudi Riyal and Include Any Applicable Taxes.
5.Public Pet Page
The Public Pet Page is Read-Only without Login, and Its State (Normal / Missing / Removed) is Controlled by the Owner. Phone Numbers are Never Shown as Text in "Missing" Mode.
6.Data & Security
Clinic Records and Pet Profiles Remain Owned by the Clinic and the Owner Respectively. Pawsware Processes This Data Solely to Provide the Service and Applies Industry-Standard Safeguards to Protect It.
Tax Invoicing, Where Applicable, is Handled through Accredited Third-Party Providers. Account Deletion Follows a Short Grace Period, after Which Clinic-Entered Records are Anonymised and Retained as Required.
7.Acceptable Use
You Agree to Use the Platform Lawfully and Not to:
- Attempt to Access Data or Accounts You are Not Authorised to Use;
- Upload Unlawful, Misleading, or Harmful Content;
- Interfere with the Security or Normal Operation of the Service.
Accounts That Abuse the Service May be Suspended or Terminated.
8.Limitation of Liability
During the Founding Period the Platform is Provided on an "as is" Basis. To the Extent Permitted by Applicable Law, Pawsware is Not Liable for Indirect or Incidental Damages Arising from Use of the Platform.
9.Changes to These Terms
We May Update These Terms as the Product Evolves. Material Changes Will be Announced in-App, and the "Last Updated" Date at the Top of This Page Will Change Accordingly. Continued Use after an Update Means You Accept the Revised Terms.
